Refund policy

The short version

Quotes and consultations are free. You only pay for work, and every price is agreed in writing before work starts. Here is exactly how refunds work for each service.

New website projects

• Before work begins: the 50% advance is refundable in full.
• After work begins but before delivery: we refund the advance minus the value of work already completed, which we will document for you.
• After delivery and your approval: payments are not refundable, but we fix any defects in the agreed scope free of charge for 30 days after launch.

Rescue and fix work

Rescue jobs are billed on completion. If we cannot resolve the specific problem described in your quote, you pay nothing for that fix. If the problem is resolved as quoted, the fee is payable and not refundable.

Care plans

Care plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time. Cancellation stops future billing; the current month is not refunded since monitoring and backups run from day one of each cycle.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
